I've spent more time the last 6 months putting design ideas to paper rather than actually playing board games. A few of these design projects have been underway for years and lying dormant, but have recently seen new life primarily due to my daily post reading at BoardgameGeek's very popular guild for solo board gamers - 1 Player Guild.
The name for each design project is simply a quick prototype name and will surely receive more attention as the designs develop.
Project Sniper
This has been my exclusive project for August 2015. It began with a desire to introduce my young boys to light wargaming. Originally intended to be a quick, bone-rolling, shoot & kill type of military game, has now become a real monster containing many mechanisms including hidden info, cards, chit pull, and area movement.
